Chorus.ai is a conversation intelligence platform that uses AI to serve revenue teams data-driven insights. As their Senior Content Marketing Manager, I was tasked with creating several content marketing initiatives from scratch, and revamping others.
Podcasting
The Big Deal podcast asks sales leaders and entrepreneurs a simple question: What's the story behind the most important deal of your life?
While the question is straight-forward, the answers are entertaining and packed with lessons for leaders and sales reps alike.
Longform
In addition to revamping several existing eBooks, I worked to create other long-form written pieces to maximize brand awareness and engagement.
Rather than writing a traditional ebook, The Five Villains of Doomed Deal Reviews framed the obstacles to successful reviews as five unique comic book villains. This resulted in a display campaign conversion rate that beat the previous top offer by more than 3X.
Transform Your Team Into Coaching Champions is another ebook I created, themed around a coach’s playbook, that offers several interactive pages to help teams improve at sales coaching.

With the goal of driving leads and building our email list, I launched Chorus Cast, a monthly webinar series.
Additionally to mark the launch of a new product offering, I scripted and produced a fireside chat with Chorus’ CEO, and also a data-packed explainer video.
